    • 1871 Census  William Dickins and his wife Rebecca were living in Main Street, Harpole, just outside Northampton. Rebecca was 14, William Harry 12, Edward Frank 10, George Arthur 7, Alice Jane 4, Walter Benjamin 2 and Emma Maud was 7 months and the only child born in Harpole.
